We offer a 10% discount to the disabled and Seniors 65 and better.

We accept cash, personal check and money orders. We hope to accept credit cards in the near future.

Service hours are calculated from the time we leave to complete your request(s) and ends when we return to our place of business or your specified location.

You pay us when we complete your request(s). If we have to pay anything out of our pocket, we will add that to your total due. We will give you any receipts (if applicable) for your records.

We charge for our time ($20.00 an hour), mileage over 10 miles (.50 cents a mile) and any out of pocket charges we incur to complete your request(s).

Yes. We have a business license issued from the city of Elk Grove.

If you cancel your appointment time 24 hours before your appointment, there will be no charge. Any appointment canceled after the 24 hour allowance will be charged for 1 hour of service, which is $20.00.

We would appreciate 24 hours notice, but it is not neccessary. Please call us as soon as you know you'll be needing our service so that we may set you up with an appointment time.  

Requests with less than 4 hours notice will be charged an  $20.00 fee (equal to 1 hour of service) .
